Making hakchi2 work on ARM64 Windows

The hakchi2/CE software is a popular tool used to make the most of/hack/jailbreak the Nintendo Classic line of mini consoles as well as Sega Megadrive/Genesis Mini. It unfortunately depends on custom winusb driver infs (that include coinstallers still!) and are only signed and made compatible for AMD64 and x86 Windows. The software thus fails to install the drivers and is unusable on ARM64 Windows machines. Here is a fixed driver package for ARM64 Windows specifically that will make it work.
